Hi all, my name is Erik Tjemkes and i'm new here, thought ot say hello! I'm a 27 year old student at the university of applied science Utrecht, where i follow the course on safety and security management. I'm in my 3rd year now, although because of some hardship i have to redo most of it. I've been wanting to do my internship Protected content fulltime) in Sweden. The reason is pretty simple: i've been there on holiday before and (unlike any other place i have ever been to) i've always longed to go back, even just for a day. It's like a little splinter lodged in my mind, forever thinking about Sweden.
I'm looking for an internship in the direction of HES/Q (Health, Safety, Environment and Quality) of possibly a more executive function. My study focusses more on policy making and the hands-on aproace to making sure people can work and live in a safe, pleasant way. Also i'm looking for help to finding accomodation and other relevant information, including getting my personnummer and the general cost of living in Sweden.
I hope someone here knows a company interested in an international student. My english is pretty decent, though dyslexia kind of ruins it for me. In return i can offer a highly motivated, eager-learning student who will go 110% on the asigment.
If you have some advice, any at all, I would greatly appreciate it. anything from simple directions to a full-on offer are welcome. If you would like, i can send you my resume to forward to any interested parties.
My kind regards, Erik Tjemkes
