Is Education Really Worthy?

Bill Gates, Steven Jobs, Richard Branson, and the list goes and goes and goes...... all this mega tycoons didnt finish the school,, some others didnt even finish high school,,, It makes me wonder sometimes if all that money spent in the University really worthed,,,,

Obviously I do believe in the wonders of education ,, or worse,,the horrors of the lack of it, but what do these people have that even without having proper education have achieved such success?
