Is every Terrorist included in the love of Christ?

If we are all saved by grace in Jesus Christ, then all humanity is included in the saving work. So peradventure any member of Isis, boko haram, al shabaab, al Qaeda etc comes to repentance and accept this gift of grace, though he faces the consequences of his actions here he will find a place in God's family of faith and thus have a right standing with God. For God will not impute the past unto such one and will instead use him/her for a different purpose. This is the message of grace.
