When you ask:
Is hunting for pleasure wrong?
The typical 1st world answer is yes. This is understandable as we all think that killing for pleasure is a bad thing.

When you ask:
"Is hunting for food wrong?"
The typical 1st world answer is no. This is understandable as we all put human life above that of other species.

The problem is that in nearly all of the cases the hunter could have chosen to eat something else that didn't involve killing an animal.

Don't we all kill animals for pleasure? The pleasure of eating a beefburger instead of a veggie burger.

Is an animal living its natural life until the moment of its death better off than one living in a factory farm?

Would any of us eat so much meat if we had to kill it ourselves?
