Is Obama's V.P pick just another flip-flop?

Having been running on a campaign based on change on how thing are done in Washington and bring new ideas,senator Obama has now decided to choose a long washington insider,senator Joe Biden,as his vice presidential running mate, despite accusing McCain as a long Washington insider.

Senator biden has been a six time senator and held t two important U.S positions,as chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee and once as a Chairman of the U.S. Senate Committee on the Judiciary.

What does this reflect about senator Obama's campaign and their major theme?

Is he diverting from his campaign tone? or he has just flip-floped again on a major policy about his campaign.
