Is Thailand really a "Loser" expat destination?

I've been considering going to Thailand, and being an expat there for a year or two. However, I was a bit shocked today to see that, according to Expat Insider, Thailand somehow appeared on the "Biggest Losers" list for expat destinations for this year Protected content , (source: Protected content . … .
Yet, I couldn't find anything that says why. Do any of you readers have any idea why? If you do, I'd greatly appreciate a reply. Thanks.
