Is there life after this life?

Yes, I know that my question can seem "bold", but I have a friend in coma, in Clinica Tabancura. She fell down in her own home and hit her head. The family took her to the Emergency Room of that center, and since then (five days ago), she has not woken up.
I think she is not here, anymore, but still I can "feel" her, and I know she is Ok, away from pain.
What do you think? I am right, or is just I'm imagining this?
