My company provides professional services for online virtual, social, and gaming communities. We are currenly looking to fill one or more positions for remote Customer Support for a leading producer of massively multiplayer online strategy games. We are looking for bilingual candidates who are fluent in English and possess native or near native profiency in Italian. Affinity to computer games and previous Customer Support and CRM experience are assets, but training will be provided. Candidates with additional advanced language skills in French or Spanish may be given preference. The client is based in Europe and all work hours (telecommute/remote) will be daytime hours in Central European Time.
