Job offer in Kuwait

I have been offered a job in Kuwait, and I am very excited about it, but it is not a move that I take very lightly. I have so many questions that I don't know where to begin. My wife particularly wants to know how is the dress code there; will she be able to dress just like she does here in the states, or are they strict about that issue? I know it is a muslim country, but how free is as far as letting people worship other denominations? How is the cost of life comparing to the USA? If you go there with the mentality of saving as much as possible, how much do you think you need a month in other to be able to cover all your expenses before you can save any? Well…as you can see, I have a lot of questions, any information will be much appreciated.
