LUSTER is a start-up from Berlin operating out of New York. We are comprised of a small yet passionate and hard working team. Our mission is to inspire and assist people to look good and keep up with trends. We ask users to contribute to the app and encourage them to use the style guides while they shop to get the perfect pieces for the up-coming season.

Business Development Manager, America
For those who love to build relationships. We are looking for individuals who can speak with executives and managers of large and small companies alike.
Experience Requirements:
- 5 or more years of ad sales experience and handling accounts in the fashion and advertising industry
- Proven track record of big client sales (huge plus if these clients are in Fashion or luxury goods)
- Excellent people management and communication skills
- Huge plus to have worked in a small start-up and built up a sales team and sales processes
- Great presentation skills, personable, and can work well under pressure
- Experience dealing with executive and c-level clientele
- Integration of sales, marketing and product teams to further user experience
Education Requirements:
- B.A. or B.S. in Economics or Marketing/ Advertising from a top university
- MBA preferred

Business Development Jr.
For those who love challenges. We are looking for passionate, active and ambitious individuals who can increase sales, enhance the user base and add value to the Luster user experience. You will be part of the Business Development team in NYC. As a Business Development Jr you will search, identify, contact and sign contracts with desired companies from diverse industries.
