Preferably have about Protected content experience in FMCG goods packaging. Degree in BFA Design or Industrial Design or related field is a MUST.
Open to all foreigners who are willing to shift to Singapore on a short notice. Attractive remuneration package- $S132k-$168K. Initial relocation needs would be taken care by client.

Business Purpose of Job:
Hair Care, Beauty or Personal healthcare Brand Identity Design Role Protected content of experience desired). This role requires the candidate to have strong design mastery skills & an understanding of operational excellence in a large organization. The individual will be responsible for leading Global initiative for regional adaptation on Brand Identity of a Hair Care Brand. Focused on package, holistic design execution for the relevant consumer experience. You will champion design cohesion across all consumer touch points.
As a Band 2 Design Manager the position will require understanding of company vision and priority. One will need to understand the unique role of design within P&G and deliver initiative that is in line with business objectives. The candidates must be creative, innovative, collaborative, and agile and be able to lead and inspire. They must be able to work with multiple teams and be able to engage in multiple initiatives. Critical to success will be the individual's ability to coordinate multi-functional teams including marketing, package development, legal, product supply and R&D and appropriated higher management of our company, on-time Design deliverables, and have passion for execution excellence.
Important Responsibilities of Job:
As a member of a cross-functional team that includes Marketing, R&D, Market Research, Package Development, Product Supply, and appropriate higher management of our Company, you will:
*Accept total responsibility for the creative approach used. P&G Design Managers are the creative force behind the development of a design that best fits our brand/product image.
*Lead the total process of creating and ensuring quality designs -- from objective setting, establishment and management of budget, and the evaluation and presentation of design work through Senior Management.
*Direct our various suppliers including leading design firms to get great design consistent with your brand's equity. Champion design intent through production to market launch by understanding product manufacturing constraints.
*At times, redefine the problem/project as it was presented to better meet the needs and desires of the target consumer.
*Recognize opportunities to create strategic tools to support the long-term needs of the brand and business. Proactively engage the organization against that work and ensure the output is used in the daily business.
