This position will be responsible for delivering efficiency, creating value, and improving customer satisfaction for T&E end-users worldwide; preparing complex analyses and business cases; implementing approved initiatives; managing the integrity of the credit card reconciliation tool; assessing business unit reporting requirements; acting as the primary bank point of contact; resolving escalated customer service issues; and providing secondary leadership support to the Customer Relations Team for all contact center inquiries.
Key responsibilities: Partner with team members, business unit controllers, management audit, site business partners, and commercial card issuers to deliver customer service excellence and uphold strong working relationships Establish strong working relationships with bank contacts and partner with them to serve customer base needs Research and solve intricate service inquiries and operational issues Provide secondary operational leadership for contact center team Prepare complex data analysis to identify opportunities to improve controls, policy, and processes Develop and present business cases to gain approval for new initiatives Manage all commercial card administration functions Oversee and manage outbound customer service communications Safeguard employee information.
