The Kohinoor Diamond is one of the most famous diamonds in the world. The Kohinoor diamond was first mentioned in Protected content it was taken from a Rajah of Malwa, whose family had held the diamond for centuries. It was described as weighing Protected content and was an oval cut white diamond - the shape and size of a small hen's egg. The Kohinoor diamond belongs to India.

In Protected content was taken away illegally by British from India.Which cost 13 bn Dollars.it became part of the Crown Jewels of England after stolen.This stolen Diamond still UK Queen using in her crown.

India has claimed the diamond and have said that the Kohinoor was taken away illegally or rather stolen and it should be given back to India.When Elizabeth II made a state visit to India marking the 50th anniversary of Independence in Protected content , many Indians in India and Britain including several MPs demanded the return of the diamond.But UK Government refused to return.
