Kremlin and Putin the new mega-oligarchs. Russia on way to a dictatorship?

Russian billionaire empires are crumbling and Kremlin and Putin are right there to pick up the fallen empires. Slowly but surely the Government is taking back most of the major industry, couple that with suppression of free speech, flaming of Nationalistic fervor, escalation of Anti-West sentiments. Sure feels like the former head of the KGB is taking Russia back to a form of a dictatorship.
