I would like now to welcome a LST Core Crew II.

Our first core crew have been working hard in own tasks according to own travel conditions. The LST CC1 had the function to support the self-organization of the LST Network.

The LST CC2 will face a greater challenge in the organization and coordination of lifestyle travelers projects but as well will have the possibility to work closer to the Governance team (My team) and receive a very advanced training through doing, experience and advice from me. X-treme business abroad travling.

The LST CC2 will be self organized in 3 teams:

1. Online. only online tasks
2. home based: only activities at home base and online
3. on the road: only activities on the road and online

You can start at 5 hours a week, with maximmum 3 online access

Process:
**********

>Along the first 3 weeks you will get used to our collaboration and network system and protocoles. some training will be included. Basic assistance task will be developed.
>Along the next 5 weeks you will have access to work on projects, support project developers and coordinate the development of the LSTs Network. We will assign to each of you at least one project.
>Along the next 9 weeks, you will master your experience and self-manage your time and energy, and be skilfully selective for your travel plans and decisions, while integrating the adventure of being a member of the LST CC2 team.
