Living in Kuwait as a European

Hello ladies and gentlemen!

A friend of mine is considering relocating to Kuwait for work there. Could you please share your opinion/experience as to living in Kuwait (Kuwait city)? The cultural background of the person planning to move is European. What are the main issues one has to consider when relocating to Kuwait, and what would you advise re getting started there?
