Looking for job and new life in New Zealand

Hello everyone,
my husband, daughter and I are interested in relocating to NZ. We live in the US, and we are a German-American family. We looked into procedures and opportunities, but the information out there is really overwhelming. We are looking for someone who could walk us through the process, maybe even look at our qualifications and give us a clue of how to proceed. We are both professionals. However, we are not sure how we fit into the migrant requirements in NZ. We would greatly appreciate any help, contact etc. Thank you.
