Looking for jonb/internship in US

Hi everyone, I'm from Bali Island. I just finish my bachelor degree for a Hospitality Management and I've been planning to take a job or internship in US. I've applying for US Visa for study, but its been rejected. They said better I'm looking for a job and work in US. If some of you have an information about job vacancy in US, or a solution to find a sposor to go to US. Please inform to me.
