looking for partner (interactive) creative agencies

I am the founder of an (interactive) creative agency in Tokyo.

I will travel to Europe and the US in June & July to work on an international network/partnerships of creative agencies.

The main reason is that we have 2 Japanese clients who approached us to help them with their global communication.

Besides that I am interested in creative agencies who are looking for a partner in Asia (especially in Japan) to support their clients.

So...any suggestions? introductions?
