Looking for people who have "opted out".

If you're an expat who's chosen to live outside your native country and found a new niche in another country, we'd like to hear from you.

My husband and I are writing a book about "opting out" -- that is, choosing to move to another country for whatever reason inspired you (getting out of the corporate rat race, seeing a better lifestyle for a better price, interested in exploring a new way of life).

We'd like to hear from anyone who has made that choice and is living overseas as an expat - whether for 6 months or for 16 years.
