Looking for support

Hi I am Italian/British citizen sharing my time between London, Tokyo and Italy.
I am currently in the process of converting my UK consultancy company into a new phase, a Shared Network of Independent Advisors.
To do so I have to build the management team before raising funding.
I am therefore looking for a couple of hands-on gurus, one techy and one graphic who can make the difference in building the platform in exchange of a share of the business.
