Looking to move to UK from Belgium

Hello! I'm looking to move to UK (to my boyfriend) this year as soon as my tax forms for this year are filled in. Since I'm an EU resident it doesn't seem like there's a lot of things I need to arrange before my move (taxes, social security, insurances & medical records, and the move itself of course) but I'm just wondering whether there's anything else I'm losing track of that I need to arrange before leaving for England.

So far what I'm aware I need to look into is:
- making sure I know how my taxation will go for this year
- making sure I know how my social security benefits can/will be transferred
- making sure I have my pension savings either transferred or managed
- making sure my medical records can be transferred (might need to look into private health insurance?)
- arranging the move of my furniture (using a moving company that's used to international moves so they'll be aware of the rules and regulations)
- handing in notice at my job & terminating rent of my apartment
- notifying the commune that I'll be moving abroad

Is there anything else I need to arrange here in BE before moving to the UK?

Already many thanks for your insights!
