Make living abroad compulsory!

Does residing in another country change a person? Of course! I’d venture to say that it enriches the open-minded, and may even streeeeeeetch the capacities of those more narrow-minded.
One Algerian-expat returning from China suggests that everyone spend some time abroad – so, how about making it obligatory after schooling?!
