Master Thesis - Repatriation Challenges

Hello everyone.
I am Luisa from Germany and at the moment I am in the preparation phase of my master Thesis. The topic will be expatriates with a special focus on the repatriation and the challenges which come up in this phase.
Therefore I am looking for expatriates, who where at least 3 years in a foreign country and came back to their parent country, as well as HR Managers, who would like to answer my questionaire about the challenging repatriation phase.

It would be great if I could find some first hand information here in this community and I am looking forward to your responses.
It would be a great help for me if you could support me.
