Media should punish people that kill ?

The Horrific killing of the 12 innocent victims in DC have highlighted an important issue to the friends of one of the victims. Please stop talking about the killer...please dear media please place a media restriction on this horrible man. Our neighbour was much more worthy of being remembered...
Please instead focus only on the good people that died, yes talk about the crime and show a blank photograph of his outline with perhaps his eyecolor and height and so on.....but no picture.....why should we put killers faces on the front pages of our newspapers....tvs..?? This is madness??? They should be erased from media coverage....? Im not saying you cant get information on these people......but should we ask the media to stop turning these killers into visual subjects for a movie? Should we not punish these killers with a blank photo? Will this lessen murder?
