Is it a Criminal offence, if the Insurance and Medicare do not pay for lifesaving drugs that are more expensive? What do you think?

The drug Crestor through 2 years of testing has proven that it cuts heart attacks and risk of strokes by lowering cholestorol and inflamation of the arteries.

Study also says, this is an expensive drug to use.
