Missing luggage

Hi,

I had a bad experience of losing my luggage while returning from India on a Malindo Airlines flight. The sad part is the customer care is highly non-responsive and not appearing helpful. Unfortunately I had also not got travel insurance while travelling. Would request for your suggestions if anyone of you know someone influential/ senior in Malindo Ailrlines so that my request is taken seriously.
