Motives affecting expats working in Vietnam

Hi guys. I am Dzung Phan, a student of EM Strasbourg Business School, France. I am doing a dissertation about expatriate working in Vietnam. My research aim is to analyze the motives and factors affecting organizational expatriates working in Vietnam. Organizational expatriates are expats who are dispatched by their companies to international posts.
