Moving to Florida

Hi everyone!
I am 24 year old female from Sorrento, Italy. I currently live in the uk, have been here for 10 years. I recently spent 3 weeks in Fort lauderdale, Florida with my boyfriend to visit his grandparents and I fell in love with the place! I would like to study here to become nursery teacher of Protected content old children so that I can then re locate to Florida.
Does anyone have any advice for me on how to do this? Will my qualifications be valid in America? I do not want to live there unless I have a proper qualified job.
