Moving to Nepal

My wife & I would like to move to Nepal. She's over there now scouting things out, and have found some incredible new housing. I am retired and don't plan to work in Nepal. So, I'd like any help or advice you may have that will make my move easier. I'm working on a Resident Visa and am looking into shipping some things. But, probably not worth sending lots of household items, as I would guess they are less expensive there.

Believe it or not, I have 13 year old twins. They are looking for activities there, like soccer. So, if any Expats that are there now could get back to me with advice, I'd greatly appreciate it.
