Moving to Pune

Hi guys, our office is moving from Dubai to Pune and I got a job offer. I'm trying to make a decision to move... Can anyone please advise how is life in Pune? What is the climate? What about safety? Are there any good areas to live for expats? I have a dog and need a pet friendly area. How is life in Pune in general? How are the prices? It's really not easy to make this decision...
