Moving to Russia - help to settle

Hello everyone,
I'm new in this forum and hope it's going to help me with my query.
Does someone know if there are any helps from the russian government when we settle there as a foreigner?
I'll be travelling to Moscow soon, does someone have an adress of a migration office where I could get some more offical infos on jobs opportunities, appartments rentals, etc?
