Hi, I am renting my flat - ca. 50 qm for two weeks from dec 24 till jan 06. It is situated very central in the nice area of Schwabing, 3 min walk from U Bahn Josephsplatz (5 min ride to main station), supermarket nearby, also restaurants and the famous schwabinger bermuda triangle.
Bicycle distance to the inner city: 10 minutes
Ideal for 2, also ok for 4 people (with air bed then in living room).

1 bathroom with bath tub, integrated shower
1 toilet in seperate room

If you want to stay two weeks: Protected content , one week: Protected content (price for 2), cleaning: 30 Euro
