My Dubai Trip

Hi, i will be travelling to dubai Protected content , and haven't got a clue which places to go or what to do.
What are your suggestions on this take:
1. Dessert safari.
How to get there? and thinking if its possible with the heat during the period.
I heard it is best to travel at dawn, BBQ and watch belly dancers.
2. Local food.
Any reccommendation for nice restaurants to try things like lamb, roti,
and traditional arabic food?
3. Old town Market.
Which market sells ethnic beads for jewellery or handicrafts.
4. Good clubs, bar and places to hangout.
