No more political parties - Just a Chart

We seem to all agree on what is right; why do we complicate our civic life with so many confusing; alluring parties; why don;t we create civic charts & vote on them; the most popular wins. . The government should be constituted with Highly ranked University professors each in his -her expertise with no pay & the government is voted upon every 2 years with regular KPI & a yearly published audit by volunteering auditors All governing bodies should have a regular job; their service to their nations remain unpaid. All Foreign Trade agreements to be made public with a clear SWOT analysis & voted upon by the people.
I just need to find a land to build my new country.......
