offered cosy Amsterdam apartment short rent

Mi casa, su casa in Amsterdam?
Do you need to stay a couple days/week or month in Amsterdam for business, pleasure or study or otherwise. Difficulties finding a nice place to stay that's affordable and want to feel like a local? Perhaps I can help out.

I have a small (ground floor) apartment in the city centre (5min from Central Station, 3 stops by tram) in the East, near the water. Shops across the street, public transport around the corner (tram/bus/ferry).
It's a quiet place with front/back garden (total 100mtr2) Unique location!!!
The back garden is at the South, so even after a long day work you can chill in the closed garden, enjoy the sun. There are a fig / hazel trees, hammock, big picknick table and BBQ to your disposal.
Small bedroom (double bed) overlooking the garden.
Open kitchen (combi microwave/oven), nespresso machine. Small shower/toilet room.
I'm a designer, so my place is filled wth books and vinyl and artsy/creative stuff.
