Opening offices in Athens ?

Watching the economic chaos in Greece and the flux of Greeks coming to Germany to find (paid) work I wonder how much sense it would make to outsource and open an office in Athens ?

Had a chat today with a business partner who took a plane to Athens tonight to check job applicants in software environment re. potential downsides like not-working ;-)
