Overseas Americans Week

Hi Everyone:

Starting this evening, three groups representing Americans living overseas (AARO, FAWCO & ACA) are converging on Capitol Hill to speak with Congresspersons and their staffers about the various issues affecting Americans who move abroad. Namely, our issue of double taxation (we pay local tax AND U.S. tax), voting difficulties, and the lack of representation (the expansion of our voice on the Hill, the Americans Abroad Caucus).

I am here in Washington armed with my MacBook. I will posting updates and information to my group, the Association of Americans Resident Overseas (AARO). So please join the group and get the updates!
