Philippine for diving?

Hello :)

Well, im planning to go to Philippine next week for 9 days. and mostly my plan is for diving and i already booked my flight to boracay for 4 days there. and im still not sure where is the next destination after that.. maybe el coron or el nido. and i heard that dumaguette is very recommended also.

is there any suggestion which one is the best place to go for diving and not too far from boracay? thanks in advance :)
