Philippines research

I'm a writer for International Living living in Penang, Malaysia. My husband and I will be coming to the Philippines for research on how expats live there. We are focusing on Cebu City, Tagaytay and Dumaguete as up and coming expat areas. I am interested in learning about the entire expat lifestyle, cost of living, real estate, and what makes those areas a good place for an expat to live. If you live in those areas and have time for us to buy you a coffee or drink and just chat about what life is like, please let me know. This isn't an interview, and it won't be published, I just thought Internations would be a good place to start since it was so helpful for us when we left the US for Penang.
