PLS HELP Expat experience interview for thesis! :)

One of our dear interns is looking for expatriates to interview for her university thesis. If you have (or if you know any expat who has) benefitted from an intercultural training, thanks for letting us know! Cheers
"Hello!
I’m studying “Multilingual Communication/HR” in the last year of the Master at the ULB in Brussels and I’m about to write my thesis. My topic is the impact of intercultural training on the socialization of expatriates in the host country. In this context, “socialization” refers to the adaption process through which international assignees familiarize themselves with the company, cultural context, the norms, behaviors and expectations of the host country. The objective is to understand how the intercultural training impacts this process.
In order to do that, I chose the qualitative approach which means conducting personal and semi-leading interviews in a time span of about Protected content . These conversations can be held either in English, French or German. Concerning the target group, I’m looking for expats of all nationalities and professional sectors who either already experienced an expatriation or still are experiencing right now and who have received an intercultural training after the arrival in the host country. I’m interested in getting to know how they experienced their socialization in the host country (in a sociocultural perspective) and in the organizational context.
I appreciate any kind of support, reply or advice.
Thank you very much
