Recommended Cross-cultural training in US?

We will be moving to Hong Kong in Protected content , and I would like to attend cross-cultural training before we leave. This is especially important for my 3 school-age children.
Does anyone have any recommendations? We're currently on East Coast, within driving distance to NYC and Boston.
