International Sales Negotiators
(11 months International travelling / year)

Focus Reports, a global B2B advertising company, is currently recruiting its future Project Managers. This is a unique opportunity of a lifetime for energetic, result-driven dynamic professionals to develop their commercial and managerial skills in a truly international business context.
Sales negotiators will travel to a variety of regions around the world, compile strategic industry reports and raise sponsorship in the form of advertisement for executive level publications.

• Embark on a fast-track career trajectory from trainee to project director eventually managing teams of sales professionals.
• Gain access to key decision makers in business and government in the industries we cover (pharmaceuticals and healthcare, Oil and Gas, Energy)
• Gain real international exposure by living in up to 10 countries in a span of three years.
• Develop sharp negotiation and strategic marketing skills allowing you to close nearly Protected content in a fast-paced, executive level environment.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We are seeking for extremely dynamic, elegant, responsible and hands-on professionals aged between 24 to 29 years, ready to take up the challenge of travelling around the world (in teams).
Candidates have to be resourceful and fast-learning individuals who possess a strong flare for commercial success and capacity to work in teams.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, possess excellent presentation and communication skills, and demonstrate confidence in conducting business at the highest level.
Candidates should be motivated by challenging situations and be able to think critically outside the box.
Candidates must be proficient in English and at least one of the following languages: French, Spanish, Russian, Arabic
Developing a networking strategy to arrange face-to-face interviews with global decision makers: government officials, chairmen, CEOs of the principal stakeholders within the report's target industry: energy, oil and gas, power and pharmaceuticals.
Conducting one to one presentations with those personalities and reaching commercial targets within the mission.
Ensuring appropriate commercial follow up with your customers.
Eventually becoming team manager and supervise the work of a business analyst and author of the final report.
