Relocating to Europe - England

Hi,

Just wanted to get some input, I am interested in relocating to Europe, don't really have a particular country preference but since English is my primary language right now I guess I would need to take that into consideration. My French is very very rusty.

Since I would need to work, I was looking online for opportunities and saw as a Carer in England that sounded attractive to me, eventually I would hope to land a job in maybe the Finance industry or something related since I have a degree in Finance.

Has anyone on here made the move from US to UK. Any advice for someone contemplating it?
