Relocation - Any advice pls ?

We are a European Couple willing to relocate (no specific area - just to be convenient for a family with 2 small children. we speak Greek, English, Italian and basic French).
Until now we were trying to find a posting either through job sites or through head hunters, but it seems that this is not the right "channel".

Does anyone has any idea ? Needless to say that it is not a must to find something for both of us at the same time.

Media spokesperson, expert in getting a company’s viewpoint heard and enhancing the corporate reputation.
