Renting an appartment in Beijing

Hey,
I'll be moving in Beijing next week, looking for an appartment, but it's seems kind of complicated from outside the country. Does anyones has tips about renting in Beijing? Do you know an internet site that I could look on ( that doesn't show high prices) Would it be better to find it with an agent since I don't speak chinese yet? Thanks in advance,
