repats did you need support to re integrate?

Hi, I am looking for repats who already went back to their passport country after having lived abroad. Did you get help, support re adjusting to your own country? if yes, what kind of help did you value / if not, what kind of help did you need?

Do you know about the re entry shock? the reverse culture shock? I am looking for people who want to share this with me. I am a repat, and still suffering from the hidden immigrant syndrome.
