Russians always guilty?

After recent activities such as Brexit and US elections everyone keep saying that it was arranged by Russians and Putin Personally. My foreign friends keep asking me "Are you happy (because of result)?". Do people really think that Trump's victory is something that makes us happy? Why no one believes that we don't care?
Also, recently I've read a very interesting article in Times saying that Russians helped Trump to win as a revenge of destroying USSR... Really?!
