Self employment tax

Hey guys,

I've just moved to Almere and will begin work here soon. As a US citizen, that would mean that I will be paying taxes both in the Netherlands and the US. However, someone told me that if I set myself up as my own corporation, that can be avoided.
Does anyone have any experience with that, or any input? It would be greatly appreciated.
