Sending money to UK from Iran

Hi everyone! Great community here, kudos!

I'll be moving to Tehran in Aug or Sept. I'd like to be able to send some money to the UK or any other European country like Germany, Spain, France etc. They money is to support my parents. I read all kinds of articles online about SWIFT slowly enrolling Iranian banks, UK banks refusing Iranian in bound funds - in short a lot of potential fails.

How does everyone else do it, if they're sending money abroad? Would any of these potential solutions work;
1. Find Iranian bank who has branch in UK, then ask my parents to take cash out?
2. Can I get a visa debit card in Iran and take cash out in UK?
3. Move money to an Iranian friendly Europe bank, transfer there and then to the UK?
